Barbarian Law® is operated by Karim Eshqoor Law Professional Corporation. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law and our professional obligations to the Law Society of Ontario.

What we collect and why

We collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, contact details and information about your legal matter, to respond to you, provide legal services, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. Like most websites, this site also collects basic technical and usage information to keep it secure and working well.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure how visitors use it, and Google Ads to measure ad clicks. It also sets one first-party cookie, bl_ft, which keeps for 90 days how you first reached the site: the referring site or campaign, the first page you visited, and the date or ad-click ID. It holds no name, email address or other contact details. If you book a call, those values go to our scheduling provider, Calendly, with your booking, so we can see which pages and channels lead to enquiries. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How we protect it

We share personal information only as needed to provide our services or as required by law, we do not sell it, and we protect it with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. Information about your matter is also protected by our duty of confidentiality.
